directions For Use
Administer at the rate of 500 – 2,000 grams per ton of animal feed. Higher usage rates may be beneficial depending upon the feed moisture level.
Recommended usage rate (based on mold levels):
Low: 500 – 1,000 grams per ton
Med: 1,000 – 1,500 grams per ton
High: 1,500 – 2,000 grams per ton

A trial was conducted at a livestock feed facility in the United States to show the ability of Mold-Stop to inhibit mold growth in animal feeds.
Procedure – Trial 1
1. A total of six (6) mold-inhibitor products were utilized in the trial: one (1) control, four (4) reputable competitor’s products, and Mold-Stop
2. Each product was added to a commercial animal feed at a rate of 1.0 kg per ton of feed
3. All of the feeds used were ground corn from the same source and inoculated by Midwest Laboratories, Inc. in the United States, with the same mold type and were challenged with heat and humidity all in the same way at their facility
4. All products were sent in blindly so a nonbiased test was performed
5. A Mold Test Count for each product was performed by Midwest Laboratories, Inc. using the FDA XVIII Method to quantify the amount of molds present in the feed initially,
and once again after seven (7) days
Results & Discussion
• Examination of the results show that Mold-Stop successfully inhibited mold growth in the feed and far exceeded the other competitors tested
• Mold-Stop was able to reduce the mold growth by over 80.0 % (82.5% exact)
• Mold-Stop is much more effective in controlling mold growth, is user friendly, and is safe to use which makes Mold-Stop the best choice when choosing a mold-inhibitor product to incorporate into any animal feed system
